On Friday, December 6, I will be doing a book signing for my latest novel, A Night at the Shanley Hotel. The times will be from 6 pm - 8 pm. A reservation at the hotel is not required to attend. Just show up and bring some money! Books will go for $20 each. Rooms are currently available, but will probably go fast, so contact the hotel if you wish to stay the night. I will not be staying over, but I am sure many will. There will be a paranormal investigation, after my event starting at around 8 pm. |
The Shanley Hotel is located at 56 Main Street, Napanoch, NY. To make a reservation go to their website: The Haunted Shanley Hotel

On July 23, 2019, I was filmed at Oakland Cemetery in Yonkers, along with my friends, Sean Austin and Sharon Mac Kenzie. We discussed the history of the cemetery and our paranormal experiences there. The show is called Haunts and Hideaways and you can watch that video below or by clicking on the link. On Halloween (October 31, 2019) at 12 PM I was interviewed by the charismatic Phil Reisman on a radio show called "High Noon," which is on WVOX, 1460 AM. We discussed my books briefly, but mainly focused on my paranormal experiences and investigations with the team. It was a fun time. Listen up, if you want. The whole recording is about 50 minutes long. Please, leave any comments below.
We are going to hold back from doing any new investigations, for the most part, until 2019. We have a few things to sort out with more and more team members becoming unavailable for investigations lately. We really do not want to add new members, at this time, because it requires a lot of time to dedicate to their training. Unfortunately, that leaves us short-handed. Plus, we are far behind in reviewing past investigations due to busy schedules the past two years. We are going to take time to catch up on our paranormal work and so we can rethink the team line up for the future and consider whether or not we will ever allow new team members in the future. Please, be patient with your ghosts, while we are unavailable and don't agitate them.
In the meantime, enjoy your holidays! - Team Management I was interviewed in October 2018 for an article of "The Impact," a newspaper published by Mercy College. We discussed our paranormal experiences and the books I've written. Here is the link:

I was contacted by someone from the Travel Channel regarding a show called Terrifying Places. They want to do a segment on Untermyer Park. They liked what I had here on the website and thought it would be cool to talk about the evidence we've acquired and about the ties to the Son of Sam.
A woman named Chandler spoke to me, Rich, and Xavier about the park. We will be meeting with her next week to possibly be interviewed for the show on camera. That would be interesting. We might even get to play acting extras for a reenactment. I will write another post, after our meeting next week to update you. Who knows? We might be on TV in time for Halloween this year. On Thursday, February 1, 2018, I will be interviewed on a podcast called Cave Crew Radio, which starts at 9pm eastern standard time. We will be discussing my latest book, The Manhattanville Incident: An Undead Novel and my team, Yonkers Ghost Investigators. Check it out!
Watch the Interview on YouTube! I will be interviewed on a local radio station (WVOX 1460 AM) in New Rochelle on Monday, January 9, 2017, between the hours of 3-4pm. The show is called Westchester Eye on the Radio and it will be co-hosted by Ardina Seward. She's the one, who contacted me. She also interviewed me in the past. We will be discussing my book, Ghosts and Legends of Yonkers, and my team, Yonkers Ghost Investigators. I hope you will check it out. Thanks!
