Team Responsibilities
Each team member has his or her own responsibilities during an investigation. Aside from the senior team members, the rest of the team is basically broken down into four positions. They are the photographers, EVP specialists, the technical crew, and field investigators. Each position is headed by a senior member. In addition to being the team leader I am also Lead Photographer. Jo-Ann, the 1st Senior Paranormal Investigation, is Lead EVP Specialist/Analyst. Chris, the 2nd Senior Paranormal Investigator is Lead Field Investigator. Xavier, who is the Technical Crew Chief is obviously in charge of the technical crew. Below are the listed responsibilities of each position on the team, including those of junior team members, trainees, and applicants.
Please note that as time goes by and the team members become more experienced, the requirements for lead positions are also advanced to a higher level of experience to compensate for the increased experience of other team members. The reason for this is not to make it impossible for those positions to ever be replaced, if need be, but instead to make sure that a newer member with less experience does not gain a high advantage over someone with a lot of seniority and far more experience. Knowledge and experience are key elements in advancement. However, the chances of any of the senior positions ever needing to be replaced are extremely slim.
